Order Processing
Orders that are placed will be processed till 5:00 pm and after that time if any order is placed, will be processed next day (except holidays).
Imported Items
Always consider that delays might happen in case of imported goods as it may take from 15 to 30 days depends on the carrier to reach the destination, that is beyond our control.
Local Items
Normally all local products are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 days.
Packaging
After the quality is checked carefully, the products are packaged well to ensure that the product is delivered to the customer in its original condition without damage.
Shipping Methods
We acquire services only from the top courier companies in Pakistan to assure the packages always get delivered.
Please open and check the product in front of courier staff. Shopville would not be responsible regarding the package's items lost/damaged.
