Warranty and Exchange Policy

Warranty Policy                                                                                                                                                                                   No warranty is offered on any product unless it is mentioned in the description of the product page (If product is under warranty, it will be clearly mentioned under the product description). Please make sure if your product is under warranty or not before you purchase anything. Shopville keeps the right to disapprove any warranty claims based on things like if the product is damaged, altered or modified as a result of misuse, abuse, or attempted repair or customer re-work. If the product is unable to be repaired under the service warranty then no replacement unit would be issued as it includes repairs only.

Exchange Policy                                                                                                                                                                             

Shopville offers 7 days exchange policy only:

1- If the product received by customer is not as described on the product catalog.

2- If the product is defective, or not functioning properly.

3- If the product is wrong color or size (in case of fashion items etc).

4- If the customer receives the product damaged/broken during the transit.

The customer must inform us within 24 hours from the time of product is received.The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery (after 7 days no return/exchange is allowed). Evaluation process may take from 7 to 14 days from the time of product received.Customer will be responsible for paying any shipping costs that may incur for return/exchange.

Upon dispute, SHOPVILLE reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
